As a former "I hate all exercise" gal to now a personal trainer, I've been where you might be. I've been at the crossroads of wanting change, but not knowing how to get there and achieve my goals in a healthy way. There is so much information out there about health and wellness and it can all be so overwhelming, it was for me. Until I had other people walk beside me and guide me in my journey. My own journey inspired me with a passion to break down the complexities of fitness and create a community of accountability, simplicity, and adaptability for others' so that life change can happen.
I am a native Floridian who loves the water, coffee, and dates with my husband! My husband is a Youth Pastor at a local church and we had our first son in October of 2019, so our lives are never boring. We have family dinner every Sunday night to eat breakfast tacos, and we also love laughing till our bellies hurt. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level One Trainer, and a Prenatal & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. I am so thankful for fitness because it has truly helped me become a better version of myself. I’d love to be friends and hear all about you!
"Working with Shaela is the perfect mix of challenging and encouragin. She took all of my current strengths and future goals fro myself and used them to meet me where I was at in my fitness journey. Because of her dedication to help me grow, I've been able to reach places in my fitness journey I couldn't get to on my own"
