Kettlebells are great way to get in a good workout with minimal equipment. Here is a KB workout just for you today! If you don’t have a kettlebell you can substitute with a dumbbell.

10 KB Release Sumo Squat
10 KB Swings
10 KB Bridge to Press
10 (total) Dead Bug
Rest as needed during the workout. This is also safe for the first trimester of pregnancy. Comment below if you try the workout!
*3-4 Rounds means you will complete exercise A and all the reps, then B, then C then D and repeat for 3-4 rounds
